=> Pectoral is upper chest region. There are three muscle in Pectoral Region.
1) Pectoral major
2) Pectoral minor
3) Subclavian

PECTORALIS MAJOR :-

ORIGIN :-
sternal half of the clavicle, Upper half of sternum, aponeurosis of external oblique muscle
INSERTION :- lateral lip of intertubercular sulcus
ACTIONS :- adduction, medial rotation and flexion of the shoulder
NERVE SUPPLY :- Medial & Lateral Pectoral Nerve.
PECTORAL MINOR :-
PECTORAL MINOR :-
ORIGIN:- costocondral junction of 3rd, 4th ,5th ribs
INSERTION: corocoid process medial &upper surface
ACTIONS: draws the scapula forwards, depression of the shoulder.
NERVE SUPPLY :- Medial & Lateral
Pectoral Nerve (C5-8,T1)

SUBCLAVIUS
ORIGIN: 1st rib at the costochondral junction.
INSERTION: subclavian groove of the clavicle
ACTION: steadies the clavicle
NERVE SUPPLY: Nerve to Subclavius from
upper trunk of Brachial plexus
(C5,C6)
